• Payment Information: When subscribing, payment details are processed securely by our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. We do not store full payment card numbers.

• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns.
• Log Data: IP addresses, access times, and referring URLs.
• Photo Metadata: Timestamps and, if available, location data embedded in uploaded photos (this helps verify when and where cleaning was performed).

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process and complete transactions
• Send administrative notifications (account updates, security alerts)

Photos are a core part of our cleaning verification service. Here's how we handle them:

• Storage: Photos are stored securely on Supabase Storage with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Access Control: Photos are only accessible to authorized members of your organization and cleaners with valid session access.
• Compression: We compress photos to optimize storage while maintaining quality sufficient for verification purposes.
• Retention: Photos are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of specific sessions or all data.
• No AI Training: We do not use your photos to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, including:
  • Supabase (database and file storage)
  • LemonSqueezy (payment processing)
  • Vercel (hosting and deployment)
  • Google (authentication)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)
